Once a year we host a "Franken wine event". The owner of "Johann Ruck winery" Ipfhofen, Mr. Ruck will introduce his fine dry wines in traditional "Bocksbeutel" bottles. Silvaner, Riesling, Bacchus or Grauburgunder go splendidly with Japanese cuisine and is sure to please wine lovers.
